England is a small country with a huge population of 56 million people. It’s home to amazing tourist hotspots such as London Bridge, Stonehenge and Durdle Door to name a few. England, and the rest of the UK, just left the European Union… but we don’t talk about that.
Ryan was born in England and lived there until 2018 – but he still comes back to visit once a year!
Known for things such as a good old cup of tea, The Queen (RIP), Elton John, The Inbetweeners and Wallace & Grommit, England is full of rich culture.

Pound Sterling (£) is used in England and while most places still accept cash, be aware that many places are now cashless! Scottish notes are also legal tender in England, but they are not widely accepted.
Language
English is spoken across England with almost 40 different regional dialects such as Mancunian (Manchester), Cumbrian (Cumbria) and Scouse (Merseyside). If English isn’t your first language (or even if it is) you may struggle to understand some of the accents!
Weather
There’s nothing more that the Brits love moaning about is than the weather!
