The currency in Malaysia is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Language
Languages in Malaysia are slightly confusing due to the range of cultures. The main language is Bahasa Malay – which is similar to Bahasa Indonesia. However, Tamil and Mandarin are also widely spoken. Malaysia was part of the British Empire until 1957 and a lot of local people consider English to be a recognised language of Malaysia also.
Weather
Weather in Malaysia is generally good all year round! You can expect highs of around 35°C and temperatures rarely lower than 25°C.
Malaysia actually has two rainy seasons. In the south, the rainy season is from late May until September and in the north it runs from November until March.
